Falafel Spice Mix

Falafel also called ‘Veggie Burger’, is a popular ‘street food/ fast food’ in the Middle East. This spice blend is perfect balance of herbs and spices added to our dry 'Falafel mix' (a mixture of chickpeas & fava beans) and formed into a small patties/balls and deep fried.  Falafel ball is commonly served in a pita topped with salads, pickled vegetables, hot sauce, and drizzled with tahini-based sauces.

This spice blend also works even as a last-minute flavor booster before serving your dish.

Typical Usage: Use 1tsp ‘Falafel Spice Mix’/ pound of ‘Dry Falafel Mix'

Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Allspice, Parsley, Black Pepper, Onion, Red Chili Pepper.
