Brown Flaxseed, also known as 'Alsi Seed or Linseed, is freshly milled (cold ground) to preserve the natural oils & nutrients. It adds much bolder, toasty taste & pleasant crunch to foods. Seeds are rich in of omega-3 fatty acid, and fiber & higher antioxidant than golden.
Sprinkle onto salads, substitute for all-purpose flour in recipes. Ground Flaxseeds are very low in carbohydrates and are easy to digest. Blend into smoothies or nutritional drinks. Take 1–2 tbsp per day, drink plenty of water to avoid constipation.
