Dried minced garlic are garlic cloves that have been finely chopped into small
pieces and dehydrated. It is an excellent substitute for fresh garlic, and convenient way
to provide natural pungent, slightly sweet garlic flavor and crunchy meaty texture of
fresh garlic to any recipe.
It has a stronger and spicier flavor than garlic powder.

Suggested Uses:

Use as a substitute for fresh garlic in recipes. Works well as a flavor enhancer. Add sharp
and bold flavor to exquisite dishes like soups, gravies, stews, stir-fries, marinades and
sauces.

Use 1/2 tsp of dried minced garlic substituting for one fresh garlic cloves.
