Odorless gelatin sheet made from pure collagenous protein and free from fats, carbohydrates and allergens. Clearer, smoother and more consistent than powdered gelatin. 'Silver Strength' Leaf Gelatin is a medium-set gelatin, Prized for its consistent results.

Perfect for setting desserts like jellies, panna cottas, marshmallows, trifles, mousses, and soft candies

Directions of use: Soak required sheets for 5-7 min. in cold water. Remove & squeeze out water gently. Add directly to warm preparations or separately heat and dissolve to be added to cold preparations.
