I received my order of two packages of the same hot peppers and decided to exchange one for a different hot pepper so I could try both and decide which one I liked better.
Followed the instructions and sent two emails for an authorization to return one because I never heard back on the first email. Now No one bothered to answer me again and it's been over a month. Because of this lack of concern for customers and I will never order anything from Kalustyan again and will tell all my friends on the internet what happened to me.
