Golden Flaxseed, also known as 'Alsi Seed or Linseed, is freshly milled (cold ground) to
preserve the natural oils & nutrients. Has a mild, nutty flavor & is one the richest source of omega-3 fatty acid, and a wealth of dietary fiber & anti-oxidant. Sprinkle onto salads, substitute for all-purpose flour in recipes.
Ground Flax seeds are very low in carbohydrates and are easy to digest. Blend into smoothies or nutritional drinks.
Take 1–2 tbsp per day, drink plenty of water to avoid constipation.
