Grapefruit Pectin is a natural substance derived from the pulp & peel of the grapefruit. It is rich and an excellent source of water-soluble fiber that has a gel-forming effect when mixed with water. Commonly used a thickener in jams, jellies, and gelatin.

Grapefruit Pectin supports good intestinal health. May help maintain cholesterol levels & regulate blood sugar levels.
