Guggul is made from the sap (gum resin) of the Commiphora mukul tree. Guggul is a very effective herb for controlling obesity, soothing inflamed joints, and lowering cholesterol and triglycerides.*
Suggested Uses: Crush into pieces and take 2-4.5g a day with water, milk, ghee or honey.
