It was tasty, although it did not have the full spectrum flavor of fresh chilies. I felt in the way I needed to use it, the lack of risk of getting seeds or juice under my cuticle in my eyes, or; ... worse made it worth the price, and hit the spot for the recipes I needed to use it for.
