Hulled Barley

Also known as Barley groats, is a healthiest form of whole grain barley with tough outermost hull removed. It is nutritious and rich in soluble fiber, and has a rich, nutty flavor and chewy texture.

Cooking instruction:

In a pot add 3 cup of water to a cup of barley, a pinch of salt, bring to boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 50-55 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat, let sit covered for 10 minutes. Drain off any excess liquid.
