Kamut wheat, an ancient Non-GMO durum wheat grain, known as 'Khorasan wheat, has higher protein and mineral content than other red wheat. Prized for its nutrition, ease of digestibility, sweet nutty-buttery taste and firm texture.

Used in side dishes, casseroles, pilafs, salads or added to soups or stews.

Cooking Instruction: Add 1 cup wheat to 3 cups of boiling water. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour or until tender, drain excess water.
