to make Indian saffron curry:
Add 2 tbsp oil to a heated pan, add 1 small
chopped onion, stir fry until translucent,
add 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste, stir, add
2 tbsp ‘Saffron Curry Powder’, add little water if
needed stir add 1lb cut pieces of Meat, Fish
or Vegetable stir, I cup diced tomatoes, stir-fry
for 5 minutes add I cup of broth or water & salt
to taste, bring to boil, cover & simmer on low
heat (for 15-30 minutes) until soft & tender,
garnish with chopped cilantro (coriander) &
serve steaming hot nan bread or basmati rice.
