Konjac Root / Glucomannan powder a natural, odorless soluble fiber derived from the roots of the Konjac plant.

Used as a gluten free thickener (has ten times the viscosity than the cornstarch).

About 1 tsp of konjac powder will gel about one cup of liquid.
