Laddo Besan Flour, Gluten Free

This gluten free Besan Laddo flour (Coarsly ground chana flour) is made from Chana dal (hulled split Bengal gram), specialy gound to make delicious traditional North Indian sweet dessertballs, called besan ki laddo (laddu).

Also can be used as a delicious staplein traditional Indian cooking and to make Pakora Batter, Pancakes and Gluten Free Cakes.
