AKA 'Citronella grass or Fever grass'

Lemongrass powder is a whole ground dried tropical shrub-like grassy herb with slender
thick stalks and long light green fragrant leaf. Lemon grass is native to India and Asia,
yielding a complex, lemony and sweetly floral flavor.
It has more concentrated flavor than fresh stalks.

1 tsp lemongrass powder equals one stalk of fresh lemongrass.

Suggested Uses:

Lemongrass powder used in most Asian spice blends & in recipes where a zesty, lemony
flavor is desired, including curries, soups, rice dishes, stews, sauces & marinades.
Lemongrass powder is used in herbal infusions and in tea blending.
