Li Hing Mui Powder is from the seeds of ‘Li Hing Mui’, a salty Asian plum. It has a strong, distinctive flavor with a combination of sweet, sour, and salty taste.  It is low in calories, fat-free, and a good source of various vitamins and minerals.
