Malva Flowers Blue (Malva silvestris)

Blue Malva Flower, also called Mallow flower,naturally blue in color, contains a mucus-like substance that protects and soothes irritation of the mouth and throat, dry cough, and bronchitis. It is also used for stomach and bladder complaints. Also used as a coloring agent. Add a squeeze of lemon to turn color from blue into a beautiful light pink.*

To make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1-2tsp flower, pour a cupof hot water (190-205ºF), steep for 5-7min, strain add sweetener to taste & drink
