26 oz Mauby is a bark of Colubrina elliptica, a small tree native to the northern Caribbean and south Florida. Mauby syrup is mixed with water (sparkling or still) to the consumer's taste. It has a sweet medicinal flavour and leaves a bitter after taste, to many it is an acquired taste.
