Millet Flour, Gluten Free

Millet flour is flour made from the whole grain millet, It has a mildly sweet, nut-like flavor, adds a lovely creamy color, delicate crumb and adds more nutrition and a unique flavor to baked goods.

Used as the primary flour when making flat breads, rolls, cakes and baked goods. Combines well with other flour. Adding a little millet flour in breads makes it lighter with a crunchy crust.

Suggestion: Add 1 part millet flour to 3 parts other flours.
