Molokhia is green leaf of jute plant, plucked off the stem and they are left to dry. Used as green vegetable, primarily made into a soup throughout Middle East.
It has bitter, spinach-notes, and an okra-like slipperiness when cooked.
To reconstitute: Soak the dried molokhia in a large bowl with hot lemon water for 5 min.,(Lemon water will get rid of some of it's viscosity) then squeeze out the water, and cook like fresh Molokhia leaves.
