Monk fruit sweeteners, produced by grinding the dried Monk fruit (w/o seed & skin) into powder and then extracting its sweet portions into liquid and then in powdered form blended with non-GMO Maltodextrin.
This extract has 7% Mogrosides, that makes it seven times sweeter than sugar. It has low calorie content and does not contain fructose or glucose.
Commonly used to sweeten beverages, desserts, and other food items.
3tsp powder equals about one cup of sugar.
Use: Mix 1/4 tsp (0.7g) with recipes, tea, and yogurt, or add to your favorite smoothie.
