Orange Flower Petals/Blossom

Orange Flower Petals /Blossom (Flor de Azahar / Orange Blossom) are collected from sweet orange tree, before petals turn into fruits. Contains vitamin C and potassium. Dried petals can be used in foods and beverages or added to potpourri. Orange petals are made into tea and may increase appetite; reduce phlegm; and treat coughs, colds, intestinal flatulence,andacid indigestion. Also use it as a tonic.*

To make Tea: Pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF) over 1-2tsp petals, steep for 2-4minutes, strain and may add milk, honey or natural sweetener to taste.
