Sunflower Petals (Helianthus Annuus)

Sunflower petals have many potent health benefits. Used as herbal tea, has a bitter and strong flavor. It helps reduce inflammation in the throat, windpipes, and tonsils. To make Tea: Pour a cup of hot water (190-205ºF) over 1-2 tsp petals, steep for3-5 minutes strain and drink.
