Phizzi Powder (Sherbet Powder)

Phizzi powder is a flavor enhancer makes a bubbly, fizzy effervescent effect when combined with liquid. Has a neutral flavor with a hint of citric, allows it to be combined with any number of flavors or ingredients.

Usually stirred into various beverages to make effervescing drinks, or to make foamy or frothy.

Can be consumed directly or dissolved in water, bathe them in chocolate or caramel, or mix them with fruit salads or sorbets.

Ingredients: Glucose Sucrose Malic Acid Sodium Bicarbonate 

Conserve in a cool very dry place to avoid humidification
