Pine nuts ( Pignoli/Pinyon), Chinese

These Asian Pine Nuts are shorter, almost triangular and stubbier edible seeds of wildly grown Chinese pine (P. koraiensis) tree.

It has mild earthy flavors, and used for cooking, pesto, backing, snacking or as topping for entrees or salads.
