Plum blossoms emerge well before the leaves
on Japanese plum trees. Plum blossoms are
very fragrant with a scent described as spicy,
sweet and flowery. The aroma is rich and
refreshing, the taste is smooth with a long-
lasting fragrance. Brew plum blossoms to
drink after meals, it help digestion.*
To Make Tea: Put 1 tsp flower in 1 cup of hot water
(90-95°C) and steep for 1-3 minutes. Strain and drink.
