AKA 'Popped Rajgira, Amaranth Popcorn'

Puffed amaranth is a light, airy tiny puffs of small ancient grain 'Amaranth' and made by 
heating this grain-like seed until they puff up like popcorn. It has a toasty, nutty flavor and
 a light, crunchy texture, and has a similar taste to popcorn. 
Use puffed amaranth as a topping for dishes like breakfast cereal bowls, creamy soups, 
and crunchy salads or mix with other puffed grains and nuts. You can also add it to yogurt, oatmeal, or smoothies.

Use as a topping in savory recipes such as casseroles and gratins.
