Red (Burgundy) Wine Powder

Red Wine Powder is made from dehydrated Burgundy wine, consists of only grape properties, without any alcohol content or residue.

It has a distinctive musty smell is best used in dietary supplements and functional foods.

Rehydrate with equal parts water, or add directly to sauces, gravies, stir-frys, etc. Also nice added based salad dressings.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Modified corn starch, Burgundy wine solids, Corn syrup, Malic acid, Sorbic acid, Sulfites (20ppm max), natural flavors.
