Red Rice Flour is a special variety of fine ground aromatic whole grain elongated red grain rice,obtain from natural red pigment, grown widely in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka, India. Red rice is a fibrous, nutty flavored rice that is considered highly nutritious. Red rice has 2 times more fiber and 10 times more antioxidants than brown rice.

Used for the preparation of Idli, Dosa, Roti Hoppers, Idiyappam, Pathiri, Murukku, Pancake/ Mumbri and the "Putu".
