Shawarma (شاورما)
Spice Mix for Chicken / Turkey
This blend of spices is used to preparing seasoning meat (Chicken / Turkey) to prepare ‘Shawarma’, a Middle Eastern fast food staple. This seasoned sliced or chunks of Chicken / Turkey meats are stacked on a vertical spit, and grilled. Shawarma is shaved off the stack, and wrapped in the regular pita or served on a plate with hummus and garnished with tahini sauce.
Shawarma seasoning can be used on grilled chicken, turkey, hamburgers, lamb chops, and lamb roasts.

Paprika, Salt, Garlic, Turmeric, Coriander, Allspice, Black Pepper.
