Sherry Wine Powder, Non-Alcoholic

Sherry wine powder is made from sherry wine pomace (the solid leftover of grape skins and seeds from pressing Gruner Vetliner, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris grape to make sherry wine).

This dehydrated sherry wine powder is without any alcohol content or residue.  It is a convenient way to add a delicious flavor and nutrition of ‘Sherry’ wine and slightly sweet taste to baked goods, breads, rubs and sauces. 
Use 1-2tbsp per cup of flour for all baked goods, and 1/4-1/2 cup for breads, sauces or gravies.

Ingredients: Gruner Vetliner, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris grape skins and seeds.
