Summer Savory (Satureja hortensis)

Summer savory is an aromatic annual herb, have pungent flavor and peppery with light aroma and sweeter taste.

Used more often than winter savory and is considered less bitter than winter savory.

Summer savory will enhance meat, fish, vegetables, salad, cheese and eggs and many other dishes.
