Also known as ‘Sichuan pepper or Chinese pepper’, ‘Fagara’ or ‘Hua Jiao’, is a fruit / berry of Chinese aromatic Prickly Ash tree. It is not as pungent as black pepper, is prized for its unique aftertaste as well as tongue-numbing sensation.
Sichuan peppercorns are one of the most used spices in Sichuan dishes and Chinese Five Spice Mix. Also used sparingly in sauces, marinating food, and stewing meats for incomparably delicious flavor.

Take 1/2tsp, pour 1 cup boing water, steep for 15-20 minutes, strain drink warm-2 times a day.
