These Sun-Dried Tomato flakes (1/4") a have a rich, mildly acidic flavor and adds a tangy-sweet flavor to soups, chilies, stews, sauces, casseroles and other foods.
Can easily add these to any recipe that has quite a bit of liquid, will soak up the moisture of the liquid.
To rehydrate, just add to water, cover, and let them site for 1–2 hours. 1lb dried flakes, equals 4lbs (approx) of fresh prepared diced tomatoes.
