Turmeric (Alleppey Type) is a popular spice made from the rhizome or root of the Curcuma longa plant. Used as an herbal remedy for its active ingredient ‘curcumin 4-5%. It is proven to have anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial and immune-boosting properties.*
