Seasoning MixThis Seasoning Blend is to make a Cool and garlicky Tzatziki, a Greek sauce that served with grilled meats or as a dip. Also can be sprinkled on homemade pita chips, or season lamb or beef with ‘Tzatziki Spice Mix’ before grilling.

Ingredients: Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Dextrose, Corn Starch, Spices, Onion, Citric Acid, Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide and Vegetable Oil (As a Processing Aid)

To make Tzatziki dip:
Mix well 1tbsp of ‘Tzatziki Seasoning’, 2tbsp of grated cucumber, 1tbsp of olive oil, and 2 cups of Greek yogurt or sour cream and mix well.
