Umckaloabo Root (Pelargonium Sidoides)

Umckaloabo root is native to South Africa, has antibacterial properties effects and used for treating acute respiratory tract infections including bronchitis,sinusitis, sore throat, tonsillistis and the common cold.

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1tsp root, cover and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain & drink 2/3 cups a day.
