Red Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Cloves.
Suggested usage for Vindaloo stir-fry:
Made a marinade with 2tbsp vinegar, 2tbsp Vindaloo seasoning and 2tsp water. Marinate 1lb chicken or lamb for at least 3 hours, then stir- fry.
Recipe to make Vindaloo Dish:
Add 2tbsp oil to a heated pan, stir fry 1 small chopped onion until translucent. Add 1tbsp ginger & garlic paste, stir, 2tbsp ‘Vindaloo Seasoning’, and little water if needed, stir well. Add 1lb cut pieces of Meat, Fish or Vegetables, stir, I cup diced tomatoes, stir-fry for 5 minutes, add I cup of broth or water and salt to taste, bring to boil, cover & simmer on low heat (for 15-30 minutes for veggies and 30-50 minutes for meat) until soft & tender, garnish with chopped cilantro (coriander), and serve steaming hot.
