White Peony Root (Paeonia lactiflora)

White peony is the peeled Peony root, used to treat conditions such as abnormal menses, imbalance of blood in the body, improve digestive, spleen, and liver function, as a laxative, and to help with muscular cramping, griping pain, spasms, and seizures

To make Tea: Put 1 tsp dried root in a cup of near boiling water, simmer for 5-10minutes, strain and drink 1-3 times a day.
