Yellow Pea Flour

Dried split yellow peas are ground into a sweet and nutty tasting light yellow flour, used for centuries in Mediterranean, Indian and Southeast Asian cooking. Ideal for sweet and savory baking, thicken soups & sauces or make the gravy.

Can be mixed with other flours. Replace 50-100% of the flour in cookies, muffins and brownies.
