Morel mushrooms

Morel Mushrooms are most highly prized and have tall, peaked, honeycombed caps, and are completely hollow. It have a buttery, faintly smoky flavor and an aroma all their own, less intense than other wild mushrooms.
Reconstitute: Rinse throughly and soak in boiling water for 15-20 min, agitating occasionally, drain and rinse. Remove from water and examine a second time before adding to the recipe.
Morel Mushrooms rich, woodsy taste pairs deliciously with beef, poultry, seafood and wild game. Sautéing in butter or simmering in cream sauces brings out their deep flavor most effectively.
