These dried & peeled (Skinless) Chickpeas are partially cooked, peeled and dried, cream-colored irregular round Chickpea (Garbanzo) beans. Have a mild & nutty flavor. Excellent in soups, salads and side dishes. Roast it to make a healthy snack. No soaking or peeling required and ready for preparing the ultra smooth, most flavorful creamy textured hummus based dishes.
Cooking Instruction: Boil the peeled chickpeas in lots of water for about 90 minutes until very tender and soft. These boiled chickpeas are now ready to make smooth & luscious hummus.
The chickpeas were good, but they were expensive to begin with, and then shipping exceeded the cost of the chickpeas themselves. They also took a long time to cook. They did make a very good hummus, but I am not sure I will invest the same time and money next time.

Great for delicious homemade hummus. Peeled and dried is the way to go if you want to speed up the process!
