Korintje Cassia Cinnamon powder, one of the most popular ground cinnamon, is cultivated
in the Sumatra- Java region of Indonesia. It's hard rolled thick bark is ground to powder.
It has a spicy-sweet aroma with a pleasant slightly bitter flavor and smooth taste.
Korintje cinnamon isn't quite as sweet as Vietnamese Cinnamon.
It has 2-3% cinnamon oil content.
