GARLIC POWDER

Garlic powder is made from dehydrated garlic cloves, finely ground into a powder. It’s flavor is mellower and deeper than raw garlic.
Garlic is an elemental ingredient of cooking throughout the world, as its spicy, sharp,

Ingredients: Garlic, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
One fresh garlic clove=1/8tsp of garlic powder

Garlic Powder imparts a pungent taste and brings smooth and balanced warmth, savory

marinades and salad dressings. Also added to seasoning mixes for meat, fish and vegetables.
1 medium-sized garlic clove = 2.5 grams of garlic powder.
