Cooking Instruction: Wash and soak in water overnight. Drain and wrap in a damp cloth and allowed to stay for a day until sprouts are developed up to 1-2 inch in length. Put the sprouts in a pot, add water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30-40 minutes until soft and tender. Use the sprouts in preparation of soups, in salads, as a vegetable curry.
