This healthy & exotic blend of selected tender 'Wild Rice' with a premium long grain 'Parboiled Rice'. When cooked it gets a firmer, extra fluffy cooked rice.
Makes every day meal more special & delicious. Great with fish, chicken, meat dishes.
Cooking Instructions for plain rice:
- In a sauce pan add 5 cups of water or broth / Cup rice, 2-3 tbsp 'Rice seasoning mix'(opt), 1 Tbsp butter (if desired), salt to taste.
- Bring to a soft boil, lower the heat, cover with lid and simmer for 20-25 minutes or grain are soft but not sticky.
- Turn off the heat, let the rice steamed in the covered pot at least another 5-10 minutes or until the rice has absorbed the liquid.
- Fluff with fork and ready to serve.
One cup of rice will yield: 3 cups of cooked rice.
