It is the perfect stabilizer for water-based ices. Use to prevent the formation of ice crystals and ensure a smooth texture for sorbets, pops, juice bars and granitas.
Ingredients: Dextrose, cellulose gum
Recommended Dosage:5 grams of Stabilizer per kilo (1000gm) of base for Sorbet production.
