I ordered the 1 ounce and the 3 ounce bag, total cost was $50.00. When I measured the tonka beans, the total weight was 3.25 oz combined. So my recipe was short .75 ounces. I am making bitters which takes 7 months to brew.

Package was in amazing condition and the beans feel and smell fresh (top quality, like we all expect from Kalustyan's). I made a simple syrup with them and was too excited - I added way too much haha. I'm fixing the ratio still but they're such a cool, unique ingredient that I can't wait to continue experimenting with them! I'm so happy that I was able to get such a unique ingredient!
