Organic Champignon Mushrooms (Agaricus
bisporus) also called "White Button" mushrooms
are the most common mushroom, harvested and
cleaned, then sliced and dried, with no added
preservatives.
Their mild flavor and firm, meaty texture used
raw in salads, added as a topping to pizza, tossed
in a stir fry or cooked in sauces for everything
from cream soups, pastas to roast meats.
When rehydrated, they look, cook and taste
just like fresh, especially in cooked applications.
To Reconstitute: Rinse and soak in boiling water
for 10-12 min Or, rinse and add directly to any
recipe that will cook for at least 25 minutes.
