Beans seasoning have a great use in many recipes for cooking beans. Also you can make a great bean dip by using bean seasoning, red onions, cilantro, cooked pinto beans, olive oil, salt and pepper. Use 2-3tbsp ‘beans seasoning’ mix per pound of dry beans
Ingredients: Onion, Paprika, Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, Tomato, Garlic, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Parsley, Chili Chipotle, Smoked Flavor Powder.
Sample recipe to cook beans with bean seasoning: Clean & rinse 1lb dry beans, put into a large pot and pour water to cover by 2 to 3 inches, let beans soak overnight. Drain beans, return to pot, and pour in fresh water to cover; add 2oz diced tomatoes, 1 chopped onion and 2tablespoons of beans seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 3 hours. Stir cilantro and salt into bean mixture; simmer until beans are soft, about 1 more hour.
